The shortcuts for Cut/Copy/Paste are:
Cut : Control+X (Mac: Command+X)
Copy : Control+C (Mac: Command+C)
Paste : Control+V (Mac: Command+V)
Much faster than right-click > Cut/Copy/Paste.
However, it may take a while to get used to.
